Short version: we store your account, your saved deals, and nothing else. We don't sell data and we don't run ad trackers.
What we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication identifiers.
- Product data: quotes, saved negotiations, and CRM deals you choose to save.
- Usage metering: a timestamped record of AI requests, used for credits and rate limits.
AI processing
Text you submit to an AI feature (brand emails, deal details, rate inputs) is sent to the Lovable AI Gateway to generate a response. It is used to produce your output, not to train models. Don't paste information you aren't allowed to share, such as signed NDAs.
Processors we use
- Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, and hosting.
- Lovable AI Gateway — AI model inference.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments and merchant of record. We never see your card details.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved negotiations, and usage records. Request deletion from the contact page and we'll action it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a session cookie and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language and calculator history. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
